Cornerstone Men's Retreat   March 9-11, 2012
Join other men from Cornerstone as we travel again into the wild north for a weekend away from the distractions and hurries of our ongoing responsibilities.

This year, Detroit Tigers chaplain Jeff Totten will return and lead us in an intensive biblical analysis on how to be REAL men – not a pale cultural definition but rather a heat-tempered personal identity that will give us the strength we were meant to have and allow us to live up to our life calling as leaders of our families, in our church and at work or school.

Jeff Totten will take time for a special session with the young men ages 17-24.  Jeff spends every day guiding young athletes in their faith, and this is a chance to get some direct time with him to learn from the same wisdom he shares with the young men who play for the Tigers.

“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” 1 Corinthians 16:13  ESV

Cost: $90 (discounts are available for the 2nd & 3rd man from the same household -- for example a father and one or two sons) T-shirts are available for an additional $10

Location: Center Lake Bible Camp  Tustin, MI

Off-site Housing Available:  There are a few men who, for a variety of reasons, choose to attend the weekend but decide to sleep in hotels in Cadillac.  In an attempt to support this and keep the cost down, we have arranged lodging at Kettunen Camp across the lake from CLBC which has motel style rooms with two double beds and a private bathroom for each room. They can accommodate up to 3 men per room with a roll-away bed.  While staying there would require a short drive, it is much closer than Cadillac.  If you want to reserve a room at Kettunen, please call Jamie Mitchell at 231-829-3421 to make those arrangements
